Great service. Took my car to get inspected. Very professional and friendly staff. I got my car in the same day. Don Wallence Auto Sales is better than my car dealership. Highly recommend this place!

Competent, honest, friendly! We have bought two cars from these fine folks and had repairs on our existing cars. They have been forthcoming, scrupulously honest, excellent in all their work, and are just fine people. And, I'm picky, as a former auto mechanic and current ethics professor :) Highly recommended!!!

Can’t sing praise enough for this business. I hit a MAJOR pothole and blew my tire (while on my way to set up for a work event nearby, after driving 1.5 hours). I spotted Don Wallence shortly after hitting the pothole, and pulled into their lot. Their secretary was wonderful. I barely spoke to the owner Todd before he and his mechanic Jacob started working on my tire, and calling around EVERYWHERE on my behalf to find a spare, as I was without one. One other location had my tire.. I can’t express my gratitude enough for their assistance, but more so for their kindness and overall generous nature. We need more people and businesses like you. Thank you again to everyone involved!

First time buying a car and they made it really easy. We did a pre purchase inspection and there was a few minor issues with the car and they fixed them for free before we purchased the car. Todd was kind and made us feel welcome.

This place deserves 1000 stars! The family was nice, kind and welcoming. We test drove 2 diff cars. We fell in love with a Subaru. We had to drive home and take the plate from our prior vehicle but when we came back all the paperwork was done and insurance had been called. I literally had to just pay and sign. It was the best car buying experience ever! Other dealers need to take notes from these guys. Everything was incredible!

I was running everywhere literally had no luck with any car. I came here and they ran my credit score and was able to help!! I’m honestly so grateful for them everything went smooth, Drove home with an 2015 Chevy sonic 🧡 appreciate you guys! Definitely come here if you need a car !

After about a month of back and forth with a horrible mechanic, I was in a really tough spot with only 2k to put down on a car. Tyler at Don Wallence got me into a car THAT SAME DAY. He was fully transparent with me about what car was going to give me the most life and the best deal. He didn't try to upsell me at all which I never experienced with a car salesman. He went in, found me 6 options, and then we went and looked at them all and got everything done within an hour. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you Tyler and the team! :)Also, sorry if your name isn't Tyler. I could have sworn I heard someone say it LOL

We had such a great experience with Don Wallence Auto Sales that I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a used car in very good condition with low mileage at a very reasonable price. We bought a used Jeep Compass for our children to drive that was in excellent condition, however, the AM/FM radio did not work although Sirius did work. After we purchased the car I bought a new AM/FM Bluetooth radio with Apple/Android Auto and they installed it free of charge. Now my kids have a safe car with an awesome radio and Bluetooth and can access navigation apps on the dashboard instead of looking at their phone. Whenever we are in need for another used car Don Wallence Auto Sales will be the first place I go.
